Celkem

You’ll want to be informed before getting your teen their first car. It would help if you also instilled common sense driving behavior in them. A young driver should know to limit the number of passengers, and not play too loud music. The most important factors to consider before deciding on a choice of vehicle for your teen are:

Bezpečnost

Kids will be kids and will always need looking after. The safety of your teenager behind the wheels must be the priority. So you must look out for a car with safety features and a low probability of rolling over. Models with a 5-star NHTSA rating are your best bet.

Účinnost paliva

Your teen will most probably expect you to pay for the gas, so you want to get a car that maximizes fuel use. You also want to get a car that’s reliable and cheap to maintain.

Stát

The cost is usually the deal-breaker. No matter how great a car is, it won’t do you and your teen much good if it’s out of your budget range.

Lastly, if you have an old car sitting in your garage, then you might want to sell it to junk car buyers so that you can add some more money to your budget.

I really like the high gas mileage it gets. There is a spot on the dash that shows the MPG you are currently getting.

My Elantra is the perfect sedan for a family. I have two sons who fit perfectly in the back seat. It is comfortable, great on gas mileage, and is a good looking vehicle.

Awesome car, for short people.

I have had this car brand new since 2016 and never (knock on wood) have I ever had any issues whatsoever. It is great on gas, drives smooth, has a nice stereo and speakers and small, compact yet holds my family of 5 no problem and all of our luggage. Would not recommend for a tall person though.

The Hyundai Elantra is an almost perfect car!

My car has been the best vehicle I have ever had. It is wonderful on gas mileage, has had zero issues except normal wear and tear. My car has 97,000 miles on it, and have only needed to change oil, wiper blades, and brake pads. No other problems. Would recommend it to anyone.

Terrible car, do not recommend, Hyundai was a mistake to buy

It is not fast at all, it feels heavy to drive, it’s got terrible suspension, I would not buy a Hyundai ever again. I should have just gotten another Honda because they are so much better. And the monthly payment is way higher than what it is worth in my personal opinion. I do not, DO NOT recommend getting one.

Standard car if you are looking for something very regular.

It is reliable but it is small and very basic. No advanced features like Bluetooth or anything like that. It drives normal, somewhat smooth. There’s nothing special about it at all though. Keep up with regular maintenance and it should be fine. I haven’t had any major issues with it.

Not too reliable for single mom of 5.

Runs rough with little to know pick up cause transmission is slipping. Inside the vehicle parts and gears fall apart very easily. The seats are comfortable for everyone but the driver. Good running vehicle for a while. I wish I could get my 2001 ford expedition back.

The tale of a former rental car turned one household vehicle.

Bought it with 39000 miles. Now up to 67000 and the electrical is starting to. Act up. Everytime I turn right, the interior lights come on for a second then turn off. It was a former rental and never received a tune up. A few weeks ago, I needed new spark plugs after my car wouldn’t start when I was leaving for work. Other than those few minor incidents it has been a good car.

Love Hyundai. Love my Elantra.

I had trouble with/ the sunroof not closing all the way. I took it into the dealer and it was fixed under warranty. There hasn’t been any repairs needed besides that since iv had it. I love Elantra my old car had over 250,000 miles and was still going strong. I am expecting my 2016 to be the same way.
