Ok, so the first poster obviously didnt read the question and just posted the first thing he googled.
So I’ll try.
You have a short, most likely on the actual drive motor itself or in the switch. I wouldn’t bother with replacing the fuse again until you take the motor out or test the switch for a short.

There is fuse #2 15Amp in junction box on left hand side of the dash assembly this will disconnect the power sunroof motor/module fused B+ and to the sunroof switch.

Would a relay cause the sunroof not to open?
Yes it could. A blown fuse could as well.
Locate the sunroof fuse and relay int he fuse box (either underhood fuse box or interior fuse box). Check the fuse to see if it is good. You can swap the sunroof relay with another identical relay from the fuse box, if the roof now works, you know that the relay is bad.

2000 buick park avenue ultra sunroof fuse location
The fuse for the sunroof is located under the back seat. The back seat can be removed by pulling up on the front (slide your fingers under the front side of the seat and pull up.) There will be a 3″ square black box just about the middle of the seat area. This fuse box should have a 20 amp mini fuse (yellow in color) for the sunroof next to a line of 3 other fuses (15 amps and 10 amp fuses if I remember correctly.) Mine was not burnt out, so it’s on to the next step of checking the wiring from switch to motor.

Sun roof will not open or close
First check your fuse box, for any fuse blow, position 26 in the Passenger Fuse Box (Box C), then keep in mind that the power sunroof is controlled by a switch that selects the direction of travel of the sunroof. The switch changes the polarity of the voltage going to the sunroof motor. This changes the rotation of the motor, thereby changing the direction of sunroof travel.
DEMONTÁŽ A INSTALACE

- Open the sunroof to the ventilation position.
- Odpojte zemnící kabel baterie.
- Push down the sunroof headlining with a finger. Unhook the retaining springs with a bent piece of wire.
- Pull down on the headlining sufficiently to pass beneath the gutter rail. At the same time, slide the sunroof to the rear to release the catches at the front.
Do not pull the sunroof too far to the rear; otherwise, it will be difficult to remove again.
- Unhook the spring retaining brackets.
- Remove the retaining screws from the sides and front.
- Demontujte střešní okno.
- Fit the sunroof into position and install the retaining screws.
- Install the spring retaining brackets.
- Slide the sunroof forward to engage the catches in the front.
- Install or reposition any trim moved for access.

2003 Mitsubishi lancer oz rally sunroof fuse?
Not sure if this will help or not. but we have a silver 2003 oz rally. Our fuse for the sunroof is in the fuse box next to the battery, under the hood.
so check the box inside the car, and the two under the hood.

Hey, guys. Welcome back to Auto Repair guys. Thank you guys for watching us today. Uh we’re working on that Mercedes uh W 211 E Class guys from 2,000 three. The generation all the way into 2,008 nine. And one thing about this one, the sunroof doesn’t open. Doesn’t work. So, I’m gonna show you guys. Let me show you first how it doesn’t work. Which fuse is we’ll demonstrate where to find it, how to replace it and that’s going to fix our problem today. Okay, the key zone. Okay. Nothing. Does not work at all. So, if you guys, okay, you need to make sure you pull the key out before we do that before we replace any fuses. So, you need to get out of the car, go to the turn, and it’s on the left side, you’ll find the fuse box there. Okay, we’ll need to remove that cover. Okay and then you have fuse you’ll be number nine. So you’re starting from the bottom is one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. It’s supposed to be a twenty-five amp fuse and this one is a twenty amp. Somebody put a smaller fuse. But the manual on this specific model requires for twenty-five. The fuse is burned. Yes. As you can see, not not good. So, we’ll get a twenty-five that we’re supposed to have there. Okay, we’ll it in. Alright, let’s see. Let’s see if that will fix our problem now. We have a video how to manually close your sunroof. If it’s the motor or something else and you’re not able to fix it with the fuse. Okay, let’s check it out now. Okay, keys on.
