I’m having an issue with my truck where the battery positive terminal touched the inside metal of the fender and grounded out and kind of blew up. I replaced the battery and now it turns over but won’t stay on on. Power windows, seat heaters, power locks, radio, gauges, and key fob don’t work. I’ve checked all fuses and they’re good. Checked alternator and it’s good. So I’m at a loss of what it could be. Any advice?

Where did you check the fuses at? In the diagrams down below I have included all the diagrams for the fuse panels, fusible links, and relay boxes in your vehicle, as well as their locations. Please go through these guides, check all of your fuses and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

I have indeed checked the all the fuse boxes according to your diagrams but have been having trouble locating fusible links.

So I have checked the links and they are reading 11.97 which I am assuming isn’t bad but still isn’t good? What else could it possibly be?

Well that is battery voltage for your vehicle, I assume. I have included in the diagrams down below instructions on how to find an open in a circuit. Although this seems like a daunting task, every single electrical system in your vehicle can be broken down into a simple series circuit. Start where the failure is and work your way back to the battery. You will come across the problem. I can’t do it for you, the vehicle isn’t in front of me. Take this guide and apply it to your problem, and you will find the problem.
