Three years after the launch of the second generation BMW X4, a facelifted version made its way with a more intuitive interior. The facelifted version shared the Cluster Architecture (CLAR) Platform with X3 and X5.
The front fascia featured a new bumper design. It was the first time in BMW X4’s history that it featured a single-section frame kidney grille with a mesh design. The front featured adaptive Matrix LED headlights type, whereas the rear included LED headlights.
A new infotainment system featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto was part of the X4. Plus, the new BMW X4 models feature a three-zone automatic climate control for more comfort on the rear seats. Other redesigned features include gears selector and BMW iDrive rotary knob.
