Dobrý den,
I’m currently replacing all the cream plastics with black in my oyster interior. I’ve done the back of the front seats and isofix points on the rear seat. Both easy enough.
I’m struggling on the rear seat fastening latches and headrest guides.
Anyone know how to get the plastic cover off the back of the rear seat? I guess there must be a way to do it to replace the latch?
Not tried the headrest guides yet, but they look tricky!
If that doesn’t make much sense I’ll try and get some pictures up.

If you feel along the bottom edge of the seat backs there are two plastic rivits holding each one in place they are reusable if you are careful. It’s detailed in the lumbar support retrofit guide.
Sorry thought that was an E87 at first glance, might be same fittings though.

That’s for the front seat? I’m talking about rear seat.

Looks good, where did you source the black plastics?

Off eBay. Had to buy an interior.
Few minor scuffs on them here and there but overall good enough.
About a third of the price of the parts new.

Wow I thought I was the only nutcase to consider changing all those cream plastic bits!
It looks much better than all white in my opinion. Contrasts nicely especially on the front seats.
I am planning to do the same for the front seats, when I receive my car next month. How did you remove the plastics on the side of the front seats? Is it easy? Is there a guide somewhere which shows how to do it?

Pretty straight forward tbh. Once you have your new black plastics you’ll see how they fasten on.
On the inside there’s a torx bolt which is tricky to get to. Then it slides out backwards easy enough.
On the outside you need to remove the handles first. I lifted the handle up and used a flat blade screwdriver to release the plastic latch on the bottom and pulled outwards. Then there’s a torx bolt on top near the join of back and bottom of seat. There’s a separate bit which says airbag on. You need to push this inwards and upwards to release the top latch then it comes off. The main bit has a latch at the back of the seat which pops off. Then lift it upwards and pull. The switches are a bit tricky, in the end I just got a small screwdriver under them and proses them out.
The back of the front seat is dead easy. Two plastic bolts on the bottom then slide it down.
The headrest guides, the top of them just pop off. One side is spring loaded so be careful not to lose it.
